Lymphatic Drainage

*Is advised for the first three treatments to also receiving this treatment three times, spaced one to two weeks apart.*

Before your first lymphatic drainage treatment, I’ll send you a detailed consultation form to fill in. We’ll review it together before your session. Please complete this ahead of time, as time spent on the consultation will be taken from your treatment time.
This consultation is designed to get to know you as a whole person not just your symptoms, but how you feel in your body, how you move through your days, and what your energy is like. This gives me the insight to tailor your treatment with care and intention, and for you to check in with yourself too. You’ll also get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right kind of support for you.
I advise receiving this treatment three times, spaced one to two weeks apart. This helps to gently rejig and rejuvenate your lymphatic system giving it the support it needs to come back into balance. After this initial course, a maintenance session every four to six weeks can help keep things flowing and support long-term wellbeing.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a light, skin-stretching technique that encourages the movement of lymphatic fluid — especially important as the lymphatic system doesn’t have a natural pump like the heart. This treatment helps to clear stagnation and support the body’s detoxification pathways.
It can be incredibly supportive for:
Fluid retention and puffiness
Poor circulation
Bloating and gut health issues
Low energy and fatigue
Sluggish immune system
Inflammatory disorders
Hormonal imbalances
Chronic stress
Feeling heavy, uncomfortable or disconnected in your body
It also promotes deep relaxation, calms the nervous system, and helps you feel lighter, clearer and more energised — from the inside out.

Lymphatic Drainage & sculpt
*Lymphatic drain & sculpt is similar to lymphatic drainage and is advised for the first three treatments to also receiving this treatment three times, spaced one to two weeks apart.*
an exclusive method that instantaneously sculpts your body and/or face. If you’re looking for something more contour-focused, this is an exclusive method that combines lymphatic drainage with sculpting techniques to align and shape the body. The gentle manipulation of lymphatic vessels stimulates the natural flow of fluid while sculpting and toning areas of the body. It’s particularly effective for defining curves, reducing water retention, and supporting natural body shape in a way that feels deeply restorative rather than forceful.
This is a reset. A way to restore clarity, softness and connection in your body. I receive this work myself every month because I feel the shift. And that is what I want for you too.

Wellness Sculpt

*Is advised for the first three treatments to also receiving this treatment three times, spaced one to two weeks apart.*
Wellness sculpt uses techniques from manual lymphatic drainage, lymph drain and sculpt massage and uses a micro vibration rolling machine flow sculpt device. This device acts on tissues and muscles, including adipose fat cells and cellulite. It creates a mechanical compression that is non-invasive and uses micro vibration. It promotes lymphatic system movement and increases circulation. By applying pressure and lifting action to the tissue, the machine naturally and deeply promotes cell activity and improves circulation of oxygen and blood. Focuses on muscle tension, fascia and helps overall wellness to help with adipose fat, cellulite, inflammation to promote a toned appearance and enhancing local blood circulation to nourish tissues and stimulating the lymphatic system to remove toxins.

Buccal Facial

Buccal flow facial. Involves lymphatic drainage to the face, facial massage and inside the mouth facial massage.
Applying a light to moderate pressure to activate the muscles and tissues of the cheeks and jawline. Numerous blood vessels in the cheek and jawline are supplied with blood during a buccal face massage, which may aid in promoting the synthesis of collagen. A protein called collagen is necessary to keep skin appearing healthy and young. The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be lessened with increased collagen production, giving the skin a more radiant and smooth appearance.
Buccal face massage has anti-aging properties, but it can also help ease temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) , release jaw stress, reduces tension and inflammation , enhancing lymphatic drainage to increase blood flow.

Abdominal Therapy

Abdominal Therapy is a gentle, deeply grounding treatment that supports your belly, back and pelvis by working with your whole centre. It has its roots in what was once called the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, developed by Dr Rosita Arvigo. Today it is known simply as Abdominal Therapy, and the Abdominal Therapy Collective continues to carry her work forward with care and integrity.
This treatment is offered exclusively for women, as it is rooted in a deep understanding of the female body and how it moves through cycles, transitions and change. It is a nurturing, responsive therapy that works with the fascia and deep abdominal and pelvic organs to encourage movement and flow. It supports circulation of blood, lymph, nerve signals and energy through the belly, hips and lower back. It eases tension, supports alignment and invites your body to find its own rhythm again.
As this happens, many women experience improvements in digestive health, menstrual regularity, hormonal balance, and a general sense of lightness and clarity in the body. This work can also be a powerful support through fertility journeys, postnatal healing, and times of emotional or energetic holding in the belly.
Every treatment is personal. We begin with space to talk and reflect. I want to understand not just what is happening physically, but how you are feeling, how you move through your days, and what your energy is like. It’s a chance to connect with what your body has been holding and what it may be asking for now.
You’ll be guided in a self-care massage technique you can use at home. This becomes a gentle daily or weekly ritual that brings you back to your centre and helps you listen in. It’s a way of connecting with yourself that’s simple but deeply powerful. Over time, it can shift how you relate to your cycle, your digestion, your emotions and your sense of presence in your own body.
These treatments can help with puffiness, fatigue, bloating, headaches, sluggish digestion, discomfort, abdominal tension, and that sense of heaviness or disconnection that can be hard to put into words. For some, the focus is PMS or hormone balance. For others it might be stress, IBS, or simply feeling more at home in yourself again.
The consultation process gives me a fuller picture of what’s going on for you and helps you get a sense of me, how I work, and whether this feels like the right support. I bring all of my experience and training into every session so you feel fully met, listened to and cared for.
I receive this therapy myself every month because I feel the shift. That clarity, openness, softness and sense of coming home to myself again. That is what I want for you too.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer and more in tune with your body. And the more we work together, the more you will build a lasting connection with your belly. One that feels strong, soft and supportive.

Therapies Offered
Rosa Pietrasik

I’m Rosa, a compassionate and intuitive massage therapist with over a decade of experience. I specialise in Abdominal Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage, two profoundly restorative and powerful treatments that now sit at the heart of my work.

These methods offer far more than surface-level relief. They invite your body to release what it’s been holding, return to balance, and reconnect with itself. Abdominal Therapy gently supports the belly, womb, lower back and pelvis, helping you drop into your centre with care and grounding. My sculpting lymphatic work supports detoxification, fluid balance, and nervous system regulation — helping you feel lighter, brighter and more energised from the inside out.
My approach is holistic and personal. I work with the whole person, body, mind and soul — and tailor each treatment to meet you where you are. I listen to what’s said and what’s unsaid, and I hold space for you with integrity, warmth and professionalism.
Before starting my practice, I trained extensively and worked in hotel spas and high street salons, building hands-on experience while deepening my skills. In 2015, I completed my CIDESCO, ITEC and Mary Reid qualifications at the Mary Reid Spa Academy in Edinburgh. This was followed by a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology from Scottish Massage Schools in 2017, and a Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage from Western School Massage in 2021 — a proud achievement during the height of the pandemic.
Since then, I’ve continued investing in specialised training, including:
-
Abdominal Therapy (as taught by the Abdominal Therapy Collective, directly affiliated with Dr Rosita Arvigo)
-
Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting Massage (body & facial)
-
Pregnancy Massage (FEDANT accredited)
-
Thai Herbal Poultice Massage
-
Warm Bamboo Massage
-
Hot Stone Massage
-
Confident Skin Therapist certification
Before all of this, I graduated with a BA in Acting for Stage and Screen in 2009, and it was through that creative training in movement and body awareness that I first became curious about how the body holds and expresses emotion. That curiosity led me to massage therapy, and over time, it became my path.
I value compassion, integrity and honesty in both life and work. I know the worth of what I offer — not just the time in the treatment room, but the depth, skill and presence that holds it all together. I don’t offer generic massages. I offer a space for reconnection, release and healing.
